At Axor Helmets, we are committed to your safety and satisfaction; if your gear doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unused condition with tags and protective films intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the helmet in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all visor stickers and manual booklets are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the helmet's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
