To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head just above your eyebrows. Compare this measurement to our size chart found on each product page. A new helmet should feel snug but not painfully tight.
What safety certifications do Axor helmets carry?
Safety is our priority. All Axor helmets meet or exceed international safety standards, including DOT (Department of Transportation) and ECE (Economic Commission for Europe) certifications.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 10-day return policy for unused helmets in their original packaging with all tags attached. If you need a different size, we provide free exchanges for the first swap.
